UX/UI Design
Brief 1. Brand IdentityThe AirTrain JFK is a necessary part of the New York experience. Its job is to connect, mine was to make that connection make sense. I designed a clean, logical identity and wayfinding system to replace stress with simple, split-second decisions.

2. Mobile UI/UX DesignAirTrain App is the mobile companion to JFK’s airport rail link. To reduce transfer anxiety and speed decisions, I designed glanceable live arrivals, step-by-step transfer guidance, and an accessibility-first UI.

Research InsightNavigation & Stress
Travelers who are unfamiliar with large, busy airports are often stressed about finding their way.

Time & Variables
Navigating an airport involves managing many constantly changing factors, such as traffic and facility updates.

Activities & Layovers
During a layover, travelers want to find activities but need to know if they have enough time before their next flight.

Convenience & Data Entry
Currently, there are very few solutions for easily loading flight information onto a phone. Manually typing in details is cumbersome and prone to error.
